CANCELATIONS

If something happens and you are needing to cancel your order, we require a 48 hour notification after placing your order. If notification is after the 48 hours, a 60% restock fee will be applied to their refund. **Custom orders are NOT refundable once the order is placed. Store credit may be available for custom order cancelations.**

RETURNS

We do not accept returns. If you are in any way unhappy with your item(s), please visit the Contact Us page and fill out the form within 14 days of delivery date. Inquiries after the 14 days may not be eligible for replacements/refunds. We are more than happy to get things straightened out for you. We love happy customers!

REFUNDS

If you have issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. Failure to contact us in the timeframe may result in no refund/replacement eligibility. We may refund your order depending on the situation but we want to work with you to make things better first. ALL custom orders which are listed under the "custom orders" tab are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

If we made an order incorrectly by OUR mistake:

If we gave you the wrong item/color, we will be more than happy to resend you the CORRECT item at no extra charge. We will NOT refund this type of issue. 

If we made an order incorrectly by CUSTOMER'S mistake:

This means if the customer has paid for an incorrect custom design, or the customer accidentally ordered the incorrect color/item. We understand accidents happen, therefore we will give you a discount for replacement but will NOT refund this type of mistake.

If the customer does not want a replacement by EITHER mistake:

If the customer declines either of the choices above, we will issue a 100% refund on OUR mistake issue or an 60% refund if the issue is the customer's mistake
