Order Processing

Order processing is from the time you place your order to when your order is shipped.  All of our items are made to order. This means, as soon as you submit your order, it goes in queue for us to make it! We strive to make and ship your order as soon as possible. 

 

Clothing orders:

We have limited physical space to keep clothing inventory on hand. Therefore, all orders containing clothing we ask to please allow 7-10 business days for processing. This time frame allows us to order from our supplier, receive it and then make your item. Business days are Monday through Friday. Please be aware of any holidays that may effect processing times. Any orders that DO NOT contain clothing will be processed within 7 business days.
