DAMAGED/LOST ITEMS

Damaged or lost during transit:

If you receive your order and the packaging is damaged therefore your item is damaged, please take photos of your package and email us (vanityvinylsx@gmail.com). Per our shipping policy, we are not responsible to replace such items, however we will work with you on getting a replacement sent out via a discount code. 

Since all packages come with a tracking number, IF the package shows "delivered" to your city/state, but you did not receive it, you should wait 24 hours before moving onto the next step. Some post office carriers scan an item as "delivered" but it may not show up until the next day. If 24 hours has passed and still no package, you will need to contact your local post office and create a lost package claim. Once you do so, please contact us and provide the claim number. We will work with you on getting a replacement sent out via discount code.

Damaged items during application:

All orders are sent with installation instructions. If you fail to properly install your decal resulting in damage to the item, we are not responsible to replace the decal. Please contact us for a discount code you can use to purchase a replacement decal.
